So I know that I have mentioned before that I got asked to join the team REVOLT, a new 12 week(two 6 consecutive week) program with meal plans, workouts, cooking, and more! I am going to do at least one post a week directly about my journey, Starting
I have chosen to give it a shot! pow-pow!
I know that this process will not be easy, and even if I choose to go back to what I was doing before this, it will still feel like a huge accomplishment. FOR ME at least. I have a three year old son who loves to eat pizza, noodles, and a lot of bread, AND I work 5 days a week OR MORE, so to sit here and tell you that I am going to make it with out breaking even a little, is going to be a LIE! I might steal a bite out of this pizza once but I will not indulge and feel guilty anymore! I will also be working out on a regular basis.

I know you are all wondering at this point, what foods I had to cut out ;
SUGAR, FLOUR, BREAD AND BAKED GOODS, PASTA OF ANY KIND, POTATOES, CORN OF ANY KIND, PIZZA, WHITE RICE, RICE CAKES (EXCEPT FOR POST WORKOUTS) SUGARED CEREAL, FRUIT JUICES, SODA, CANDY, CHIPS, PRETZELS, ANYTHING MADE OF FLOUR, SUGAR, POTATOES , CORN, CORN SYRUP, ECT.

I know you are all thinking (well if you know me), NO coffee creamer, NO more PASTA

yeah that's what I said...... I mean I can do without sugar(for the most part), until it comes with my coffee....and I have been trying to do the no creamer a couple of times to try to get a feel for it, BUT that is one thing I don't know how I am going to survive without ! So I've decided that I won't be cutting that out. I only drink one cup a day and not too much creamer. with working out and cutting out all the others I think i'll be ok! lol -_- basically im going to stick with main foods, like egg whites, lean meat, veggies, protein shakes, granola bars for snacks. simple! I've gone three days now without pizza, bread, pasta, rice, or diet(any) soda!!!!! and I actually think I can do this! We also have one free day, Saturday. ;)
Now on to the work outs. The Revolt workouts are an intense blend of interval, strength, body
weight, plyometric, kettle bell, tabata style training and so forth. You download
the workouts online and can save on your smartphone
to take to the gym or you can follow the daily videos. Always fresh new workouts, in a structured plan that
will progress your body and give you the results you want.I was going to sign up for a gym membership but right now it's not in the budget so i'll have to stick with doing my routine at home.
They also have about 70 bloggers ready to start with me & I couldn't be more excited then to share my experience with everyone! Before pictures are up on our closed group, I might think about posting them here when I shed something LOL. I can't wait for summer now! I hope that some of you will join on me on my way to a new life style!
