5 for FIVE & Mani Monday is back! I haven't done this in a while!

This weeks goals;

2. WALK AROUND THE BLOCK 3X A WEEK - I am going to keep up with this. and try to do it even more then three times a week. I haven't gained much weight but I will soon, and I don't want to big as a house!

3. DON'T EAT OUT ALL WEEK - this ties into being getting as big as a house. but really I need to start saving more money as well.

4. GET BACK INTO COUPONING - I will always clip coupons and use them when in the grocery store. I might not be getting things for free but at least I'm saving .50 cents!!!

5. LOOK INTO LAPTOPS -  I recently gave my mom my old laptop because her screen broke so now I want one that is little and light and fast! Any suggestions? (keep in mind, I'm broke) LOL

DIY Lemon Body Scrub

With summer approaching your probably trying all types of things to keep your body soft! I made this body scrub last year for mother's day and I still have it and use it to this day!

It’s the perfect exfoliate for your heels, knees, elbows and even great for your legs! Especially since summer is approaching fast and we all know you want to get rid of that winter-beaten dry skin!! The perfect inexpensive gift...Yes you could go to the dollar store and buy an already made body scrub for only one dollar but where would the fun be in that? lol I've been reading so many ways to make this, I just kind of did my own thing on this one...

What you'll need ;
2-3 Tea Bags
2 ounces Almond Oil
1/2 cup Baby oil
1/2 cup regular Sugar
1/2 cup Raw Sugar
1 Lemon (for Juice & Lemon Zest)

Put Almond Oil, baby oil & Tea bags together, let sit for one hour..

Take tea bags out and squeeze the lemon to get all of the juice out, scrap the lemon for the zest, add the sugar and raw sugar.

Mix together well & scoop into a container or/and jar. I got these from the dollar tree - two for a dollar and the jars we had left over from canning last year.

Did you know that Sugar and Lemon Juice are some of the best Stretch mark reducers? Well Google says it is!

Have you made any DIY body scrub recipes? If so I'd love to read them and maybe try them!

Spicy Chipotle Chicken Pasta {Copy Cat}

 When I saw this recipe I just knew I had to try it because I had never made or ate anything with chipotles in it! (yes I know LOL) This was amazing!

2 Boneless skinless Chicken Breast
2 Cups Penne Pasta
Juice of one lemon
3 Tablespoons of honey
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

1 Cut Yellow bell pepper
1 Cut Red bell pepper
1 Can Chipotles in Adobo Sauce
1 Clove of garlic minced
1/2 cup White onion finely diced
2 Cups of Heavy Cream
3/4 Cup Frozen Peas
1 cup of Parmesan Cheese

NOTE*  I did not use any asparagus for this recipe.

First you cut the chicken in bite size pieces.

In a small dish mix together lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of honey. Add a pinch of salt and paper and blend well. Place the chicken breasts in a zip lock bag and pour the marinade over. I let this sit for as long as I could.

In a large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and put your chicken along with the marinade in. Turn the heat to medium and brown the chicken. When fully cooked put into a dish and place it to the side.

Your going to cook your past now.

While waiting for the pasta, your going to use the same pan you cooked your chicken in, turn the heat to medium and add 2 tablespoon of olive oil. Add your chopped onion and garlic and saute. Add the remaining Tablespoon of honey. Add your chopped red and yellow pepper and frozen peas into the mix and saute for a few more minutes.

Your pasta should be done, so your going to drain the noodles, but don't rinse them!

Open your can of Chipotle and use the sauce only, this gives the flavor! Use the whole chiptoles only if you want your food really spicy! (I cut one or two up because we all like spicy)

Now adding the all of whipping cream slowly to the frying pan, your going to mix it well and add the cheese. Then your going to add the chicken back and mix it well.

In a casserole dish your going to add the chicken sauce and pasta together. mixing as well as you can and VOILA!

Welcome! Reviews Wanted.

Every time I open this blog and start to write, nine times or ten I stop halfway through. I don't know what to write about! I never really knew "how to blog" from the beginning but this is a totally different feeling. I got a thrill out of posting my weekly goals and my DIY fails. Right now I don't even feel like making dinner, let alone searching for a recipe.

Since I don't know what to write, so I'm just going to start by telling every one thanks for sticking around, welcome if your new!

I am going to try to do more reviews & more personal giveaways on my blog. So as of right now I am currently in the process of scouting new reviews! I will do mostly anything! The ONLY thing I request is that it is a FULL SIZE product, so that I can give the best review!

I'm so excited to try this new thing. And READY! (I hope) haha
I think you can expect to here more from  me. I'm so excited right now that I could post a million posts right now. Now I'm just rambling, talk to you later ya'll!
