Although I've never had braces and I always get asked if I had, and I still like to take pride in taking care of my teeth. Anyone that knows me knows that I always have a Diet Pepsi or a cup of coffee in my hand. So this was a no-brainer. TRY IT!

First you will place your order at www.smilebrilliant.com they will send you a package filled with everything you need to make your impressions. Working in an orthodontic lab a couple years ago made me well adverse to how these work, but you will follow the step by step instructions in making those impressions to send them back and have your custom trays made.
The good thing about taking these impressions of your teeth, is that the gel will get into every nook and cranny in your mouth unlike those over the counter teeth whitening strips.
During the entire process between shipping and arrivals, they answered all of my questions and concerns. They were also very patient with me. It was a wonder why I had never heard of them before!
After receiving your box of trays, getting started is super easy with their instructional cards provided. I have gotten into the routine of whitening right before bed and it is highly recommended too. All you need to do is to remove the breakaway cap from the whitening gel syringe and apply a thin line along the surface that comes in contact with front of teeth, insert and wait.
I have sensitive teeth when it comes to drinking really cold drinks so it was great to have the desensitizing gel and I felt that it didn’t cause my teeth any sensitivity at all. That’s another thing that sets Smile Brilliant from other teeth whitening systems; many don’t offer alternatives for sensitive teeth. You will use the desensitizing gel every time immediately after each session. But I have to tell you the best part of this entire whitening process... My teeth didn't get one bit of sensitivity! That really surprised me. Everyone is different and it's best to still mention it, just in case.
Once you get use to the custom trays in your mouth, you can do almost anything while you whiten.
Like your make up routine! I used mine at night for the most part but this is an example! Talking during the process ended up with drool everywhere (I mean I have to warn you, right?!) It's probably better to not talk.

After about 5-6 sessions, I couldn't notice a total change but I was getting compliments left and right. It wasn't until the entire process was over that I noticed it completely! Here are my results!
