What you'll need;
Oil-based Sharpie's (Hobby Lobby)
Coffee Mugs (Dollar tree)
Stickers to decorate (Dollar tree)
Oven (heated to 350)

First you wash your cups and make sure to get them completely dry.
Decorate however you want.
Decorate however you want.
You'll want to bake the mugs in an oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
This will help the paint to bake onto the mug and resist wearing in the dishwasher.
I left them in the warm oven (turned off) overnight as well.
I found these a while back and handed these out as gifts for Christmas!!!! Along with my DIY Body Scrubs, and maybe even some DIY Body Butter!!
